engagement rings and twenty-one balloons
March 5, 2008
Imagine my amazement after reading The Twenty-One Balloons by William Pène du Bois and after visiting Jamesallen.com website. You’re probably not yet familiar with the two, but I can promise you that these two are jewels.
The Twenty-One Balloons is a children’s novel where the protagonist accidentally drops in the island where the legendary Krakatoa (a mountain) was. Prof. William Sherman, the protagonist, found himself in a community hidden from the world. He then discovers that the island was actually a diamond mine and everyone of them there a millionaire! He promised to share the secret and eventually became one of them.
JamesAllen on the other hand is a website that’s more or less like the Krakatoa island. The site is surfer-friendly and pleasing to the eyes (three-thumbs up). You’ll be blinded by the wonderful images of diamonds (see picture above). Like any other professional jeweler, it offers the beautiful anniversary rings and astounding wedding rings. They’re the kind of rings worth saving for.
Try dropping by the site like Prof. Sherman. Who knows, you might find the perfect ring you’ve been looking for.
